The nomber of visitor "in" and "out" is registred.
The best websites with in/out system will be in the best position of the link page.
When your website do a "in", you have a better position,
you have more visitors, and your position decrease.

The first website have a link on all pages of Ev-Dragon, and the second have a link on the home page!
If you try to cheat with "in" / "out", you will be deleted from Ev-Dragon
You must install a link to Ev-Dragon on your website, if you no make "in", you won't have link on Ev-Dragon.
Conditions to be accepted :
- You must subscribe only your own website
- You must have a domain (.com .fr .net .org)
- No blog, no forum
- A good graphism / spelling
- Your website must be free (else, contact me)
- Your website must offer good informations or entertainments
- Don't use popup, or lot of advert
